Dear Nancy;

I want to thank you for the excellent job you did in helping me find my house.  As you know, choosing a Realtor was a hard decision for me since I am in the business and have so many friends and associates who are Realtors.

I decided to ask you to help me because of my experiences with you when working with our shared clients.  I have come to know you as a capable professional with an exceptional depth of knowledge and skill.  In the time we have worked together you have proven yourself to be calm and level headed when things seem to be going a rye as they so often do in our business.

I want you to know that you far exceeded my expectations.  I am not a novice property owner and this certainly was not my first transaction, yet I found myself relying more and more on your insight and guidance and increasingly thankful that I had you in my corner.
